Welcome to www.CaseMojo.com!

CaseMojo.com is the premiere secure document and collaboration system for law firms.

CaseMojo.com is a cloud-based law office management program written in CakePHP and served on Amazon Web Services, the most stable and secure platform available.

CaseMojo.com is available to you for $10/month with 500MB storage for your data and documents. First month free with no setup fee. If you want to have CaseMojo for your own office (secure and super-secure versions are available) please contact us via email cnewhall [at] casemojo [dot] com.

As you grow, more storage is available.

You can access a demo version by creating your own UserID and Password at http://livedemo.casemojo.com.

Once you have signed up and entered the Livedemo system, feel free to play with it as much as you want. You could even load your own cases and documents into the system and use it for your office. Obviously this is not recommended because your documents and information would be available to anyone else on this open system.

The version for your office will be youroffice.casemojo.com and is secure because you set the permissions and passwords. It is secured by an SSL certificate (meaning what you send and receive across the internet is encrypted).

If you assign a task (what we refer to as an "assignment") to yourself as a user, you will receive an email at the email address you used on signup. That email will contain a link to the task page. If a document is attached to the task there will be a link to the document. So for instance, when you get assignments from your secretary saying "sign this document" it links back to the document so you can easily download and sign it.

Clark Newhall MD JD has used CaseMojo as his sole practice management tool for five years and has now made it available to others. The feature that sets CaseMojo apart from other similar systems is the multi-linking for each document.

This means that any document file can be linked to any or to multiple cases, contacts, events or tasks, as well as to other documents with multiple revisions.

Practically speaking, this means that if you receive a Motion and Memorandum, you can link the due date for the reply to the Motion, you can send a task to your assistant to start briefing the reply, you can link the draft of the reply to the original motion, you can link each relevant case and contact to the document, you can upload and link all the case research to the document, ectectra. Then when you look for all the information related to the original motion, it is all there on one page.

As far as we can tell, this feature is not available in other systems.

The program was first written for a contingency only personal injury firm, and the working version available to practitioners is that version. It therefore does not have time or expense tracking built in. That feature, along with mobile apps, graphic case evaluation and automatic full-document OCR searchability, is being built into the next version and will be available later this year.
